Down the Street Art Gallery; the little gallery that could!
The coop members that share in the cost of operating the gallery find that in helping others they also help themselves. These participating local artist members share their exhibition space and enthusiasm with event fund raisers for animals with the Humane Society of Central AZ., food drives for St, Phillips Food Bank, our military personnel with “Payson Supply Line”, and kids, with donations to Payson Art Leagues Education Fund, which supplies art supplies to schools and donations to“Christmas for Kids”, as well as offering low cost artist workshops to bring artistic opportunities to the community.
In these hard financial times supporting local businesses and artists, is a must, so we all continue to have options other that the big box stores or a long drive to the valley.

Our gallery offers workshops on painting, pastels, collage card making, beading and is always open to ideas for new workshops. Please email or call and leave your contact info if you might be interested in workshops

We are located in one of Payson's oldest houses on Historic Main Street, where the town was born & our floors creak with over 100 years of history You will always find an artist in house... often working on their art.
